Cendakimab（RPC4046、ABT 308、CC-93538）是一种人源化重组单克隆抗体，能够特异性靶向IL-13。该抗体对野生型和变异型IL-13均表现出高亲和力及强效抑制作用，并可阻断IL-13与受体IL-13Rα1和IL-13Rα2的结合。基于其作用机制，Cendakimab在治疗IL-13介导的过敏及炎症性疾病（如哮喘、嗜酸性粒细胞性食管炎）方面具有潜在治疗价值。
