产品介绍
白细胞介素-3（Interleukin-3,IL-3）是一种造血生长因子，可促进巨核细胞、粒细胞-巨噬细胞、红系、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和肥大细胞谱系的定向祖细胞的存活、分化和增殖。IL-3由T细胞、肥大细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞产生，可增强血小板生成素、吞噬作用和抗体介导的细胞毒性。许多IL-3活性依赖于与其他细胞因子的共同刺激。
IL-3在细胞培养中的常见应用：
1. 支持造血祖细胞增殖与分化：IL-3能刺激多能造血干细胞和祖细胞（如CFU-GEMM、CFU-GM、BFU-E等）的增殖，促进其分化为粒细胞、巨噬细胞、红细胞、巨核细胞等。常用于骨髓或脐带血来源的造血干/祖细胞的体外扩增，与SCF（干细胞因子）、FLT3配体、TPO（血小板生成素）等联合使用可增强效果。
2.原代细胞培养：用于培养肥大细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞等免疫细胞，研究其功能或疾病机制（如过敏、炎症）。
3.免疫学研究：免疫细胞活化：IL-3增强巨噬细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞的活性，调节树突状细胞功能，可用于研究感染、自身免疫疾病或肿瘤免疫。
本品由大肠杆菌表达，以冻干粉形式提供，高活性、高纯度、低内毒素、无标签。

复溶方法
|
开盖之前，先离心，以将内容物带到底部。使用无菌蒸馏水或PBS复溶，重新配制至0.1-1.0 mg/mL的浓度，可根据后续实验更进一步稀释；长期储存，建议稀释缓冲液中加入载体蛋白(0.1% BSA)；分装为一次实验用量，-80℃冻存，避免反复冻融。
