data-v-11154677=""> <p><span style="color: #595959;">酵母氮源基础(Yeast Nitrogen base,YNB),亦可称为酵母基础氮源,由氮源、微量元素、维生素及无机盐等复配而成,主要为酵母菌(包括酿酒酵母菌和毕赤酵母菌)培养提供无氨基氮源和生长因子,是酵母营养缺陷型筛选培养基(Drop-out medium)的组分,用于酵母菌的营养缺陷型筛选培养和表达培养,如配制SD筛选培养基、RD培养基、MD培养基、MM培养基、MG培养基等。YNB为酵母生长提供无氨基酸氮源和生长因子。</span></p> <p><span style="color: #595959;">本产品含硫酸铵,不含氨基酸。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: <p><span style="color: #595959;"><strong>配制方法(仅供参考)</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #595959;">(一)单独配制YNB</span></p> <p><span style="color: #595959;">1.称取6.7 g YNB加纯水至1 L,搅拌溶解,为1×YNB溶液,溶液澄清呈无色至淡黄色,常温(25℃) pH 5.4±0.2;</span></p> <p><span style="color: #595959;">2.称取67 g YNB加纯水至1 L,搅拌溶解,为10×YNB溶液,溶液澄清呈黄色。</span></p> <p><span style="color: #595959;">(二)配制培养基</span></p> <p><span style="color: #595959;">1. 称取6.7 g YNB(毕赤酵母一般为13.4 g/L),以及相应量的碳源、氨基酸、琼脂或其它补充营养成分,混匀,pH调至所需(多为5.8),121℃高压灭菌15分钟。</span></p> <p><span style="color: #595959;">2. 也可配制10×YNB溶液,0.2
